Two weeks away equals about 2,500 images, especially from a trip to somewhere new – this time my first visit to South America.
Uploading a pile of memory cards to the hard drive isn’t quite like waiting for the first contact prints to come out of the developer but however much you’ve seen on that three inch screen on the camera, it’s not like seeing stuff for the first time on a 27 inch monitor. Here starts the hard work though; choosing about 100 from 2,500.
